Currie, Daniel - Daniel Currie
Icon A cappella Publisher Desc.  in the end, composed for West Aurora High School's A Cappella Choir and derived from David Jones' 'Love and Space Dust' is a classical contemporary piece meant to portray the scintillating and undying love shared between two people, even after death. The lush and clustered chords help portray the strength of love itself, and the feeling one gets while witnessing the various stars, planets, and galaxies in the cosmos. The piece takes you on a journey through Jones' poem using very clustered and closed voicings while also keeping a lot of diatonic and more traditional sections towards the middle of the piece. Enjoy, as you experience the infinity of the universe.
